Revenue lines
| Line | Basis | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Licences | KSh 5,000, 10,000 or 25,000 per branch per month, plus Enterprise packages | Core recurring revenue. Paid monthly or yearly. |
| eTIMS | Free on every plan | Not a revenue line. It removes a reason not to switch. |
| Order service fee | KSh 1 to 10 per order | Paid by the customer, not the restaurant. Scales with volume. |
| Hardware | Per unit | Terminals, tablets, printers and kits, including own-brand devices. |
Deliberately, Orderly takes no commission on restaurant food sales and no share of delivery fees - delivery fees pass to riders. That is a positioning choice against marketplaces, and it is the main reason restaurants switch.
Because acquisition runs through commissioned agents (15 percent per client brought) rather than paid media, customer acquisition cost is largely variable and only incurred on a closed sale.
