What data we collect, and why
Account details such as your name, phone number, email and business name. We need these to create your account and contact you.
Order and payment records such as what was ordered, when, and how it was paid (M-Pesa, card or cash). The restaurant needs these to run its business and keep its books.
Delivery details such as a delivery address and phone number, so a rider can bring the food.
Website data such as cookies, used only as described in our Privacy Policy (see the Cookies section).
Restaurants and their customers
When a restaurant uses Orderly to serve its customers, the restaurant decides what it collects from those customers. Orderly stores and processes that data so the restaurant can take orders, get paid and deliver. Restaurants should tell their customers how they use their data.
