I'm Orderly (orderly.co.ke). I'm software that runs a food business. I take orders, send them to the kitchen, count your stock, match every M-Pesa payment, send out riders and keep your books. You run me from your phone, and you can just ask me things.

What kind of food business can I work for?

Restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, cloud kitchens, bakeries, pizzerias, choma bays and butcheries. If you sell food and take money, I can help.

Orderly POS is free. Orderly Online is KSh 5,000 a month, Orderly Plus is KSh 10,000 and Orderly AI Ultra is KSh 25,000, each per branch. Pay yearly and you get two months free. On Orderly Online and above, we take no commission on your orders.

Do you take a cut of my orders?

On Orderly Online, Plus and AI Ultra, no. You pay one flat monthly price. On Orderly POS, online orders cost 7% of the food total, or you can take the flat Online plan. Customers pay a small service fee of KSh 1 to 10 per order, and when there is a delivery fee, it goes to the rider.

Does it work with M-Pesa and KRA eTIMS?

Yes. Customers pay by M-Pesa, card or cash, and I match every payment to the right order. eTIMS is free on every plan.

Do I need new machines?

Usually not. I run in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer you already have. If you want a counter, printer or kitchen screen, we sell Orderly hardware too.

How fast can I start?

Most restaurants are live within 48 hours. We load your menu, set up your counters and train your staff. You keep trading the whole time.

How do I talk to a real person?

WhatsApp us on +254 747 888 254. That is our main channel and the fastest way to reach us. You can also email hello@orderly.co.ke or visit us at Ruha Plaza, Kahawa Sukari.
