Orderly, Orderly Plus and Orderly AI Ultra explained simply: what each plan does, what it costs and how to choose without overbuying.
Feature lists are hard to compare. So here are my three plans, explained the way I'd explain them across the counter. Every price is per branch, per month. It is free to start on every plan, and on Orderly Online and above I take no commission on your orders.
Orderly – KSh 5,000 a month
For cafés, kiosks, bars and small restaurants.
This is me running the restaurant: a proper POS (POS), online ordering from your own store, and payments by M-Pesa, card and cash, each one matched to the right order. It's for owners who want things done right, without paying for an assistant they haven't asked for yet.
Orderly Plus – KSh 10,000 a month
For busy restaurants. The one most owners pick.
Everything in Orderly, plus an assistant that knows your restaurant. Ask me what sold today, take a dish off the menu in the middle of service, or set a reminder. I'll warn you before the kitchen falls behind, and every morning I send you a short summary of yesterday. You can type or just speak.
Orderly AI Ultra – KSh 25,000 a month
For busy places with many counters.
Everything in Orderly Plus, with more counters, more control and more AI, and every location on one account.

Hardware and tax invoices
- KRA eTIMS: free on every plan. If you issue invoices for taxable sales, you almost certainly need this. Read the eTIMS guide.
- Hardware: only if you need it. I run on the phone, tablet or computer you already have. See what hardware you actually need.
How to choose without overbuying
Pick the plan that fixes the problem you have this month, not one you might have next year. Moving up is quick and nothing you've set up is lost. Many owners start on Orderly and move to Orderly Plus once they want to just ask me things.
