What do I actually need to get started?

A domain name, your menu, and a device for the counter. We provide everything else - website, hosting, software, setup and training.

How long does setup take?

Most restaurants are live within 48 hours. We load your menu, configure your counters and printers, and train your team.

I already use another POS. Can I switch?

Yes. We bring your menu across and run Orderly alongside your existing system until you are ready to switch, so you never stop trading.

Will switching disrupt service?

No. We set up and train outside your busy hours and go live at a quiet time, usually a weekday morning.

What if I do not have a website or domain yet?

We will help you choose and register a domain. Once you have it, the website is included in your package.

Do I need to close the restaurant to install anything?

No. Orderly is cloud-based so there is nothing heavy to install. If you are adding printers or a kitchen screen we fit them during a quiet period.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The Orderly Manager app saves sales on your phone when the internet drops and sends them when it is back. Tell us about your connection and we will set you up appropriately.

What support do I get?

Local support from a real Nairobi team by phone, WhatsApp and email. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager.
