How much can I earn as an Orderly agent?

You earn 15% commission on every client you bring. You can also charge your own setup fee, and you earn commission when you resell Orderly hardware. You track it all in your affiliate dashboard.

When and how do I get paid?

By M-Pesa, monthly, on the 5th. Commission becomes payable 30 days after your client pays, which covers the refund window. The minimum payout is KES 1,000 and anything below that rolls into the next month.

Do I need experience in restaurants or technology?

No. We train you free of charge and certify you before you start. What helps most is knowing business owners in your area and being reliable.

Is the training really free?

Yes. Three short modules covering the product, the pitch and how to onboard a restaurant, then a short assessment. Pass it and you are a Certified Orderly Agent, listed on our site.

How do you know a client came from me?

You get a referral code and link. For online purchases it is automatic. For deals you close by phone or in person, your code is recorded on the order before we mark it complete - just tell us on the setup call.

What if two agents approach the same restaurant?

Register your lead first. Once you register a restaurant it is yours for 60 days, so nobody else can claim it. This is why we ask you to register prospects early.

What if my client stops paying or cancels?

If they refund or cancel within the first 30 days, no commission is paid for that client. After that, your commission is yours.

Do I have to provide support to my clients?

Yes, first-line support: answering questions, helping with small issues and being reachable. Anything technical comes to us. Looking after your clients is how they stay happy, and how you get more clients through referrals.
