Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Orderly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including restaurant owners, staff members, and administrators.
Use of the Platform
Orderly provides restaurant management software including POS, QR ordering, inventory, reporting, and related services. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Orderly is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by misuse or sharing of login details.
Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of Orderly require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.
Free Trial
Orderly may offer a free trial period with full access to features. At the end of the trial, continued use of the platform requires selecting a paid plan. Data created during the trial remains available upon upgrade.
Limitation of Liability
Orderly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orderly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the platform.
Data & Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use the platform at your own risk and are responsible for backing up critical business data.
Service Availability & Updates
Orderly may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements from time to time. While we aim for high availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may change as the platform evolves.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Orderly if these terms are violated, if misuse is detected, or if required by law. You may also stop using the platform at any time.
Changes to Terms
Orderly may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
