Agent questions, answered
You earn 15 percent of the first year licence value, plus 5 percent of every renewal after that. A restaurant on our Growth plan pays KES 70,000 a year, so you earn KES 10,500 up front and KES 3,500 each year they stay. Three Growth clients a month is around KES 31,500.
By M-Pesa, monthly, on the 5th. Commission becomes payable 30 days after your client pays, which covers the refund window. The minimum payout is KES 1,000 and anything below that rolls into the next month.
No. We train you free of charge and certify you before you start. What helps most is knowing business owners in your area and being reliable.
Yes. Three short modules covering the product, the pitch and how to onboard a restaurant, then a short assessment. Pass it and you are a Certified Orderly Agent, listed on our site.
You get a referral code and link. For online purchases it is automatic. For deals you close by phone or in person, your code is recorded on the order before we mark it complete - just tell us on the setup call.
Register your lead first. Once you register a restaurant it is yours for 60 days, so nobody else can claim it. This is why we ask you to register prospects early.
If they refund or cancel within the first 30 days, no commission is paid. After that your onboarding commission is yours. Renewal commission continues only while the client is active and you remain their support contact.
Yes, first-line support - answering questions, helping with small issues, being reachable. Anything technical comes to us. This is why renewals pay you: looking after your clients is how you keep earning.
