Most POS software assumes you make food when it is ordered. A bakery decides before dawn how much to produce, then lives with it. Bake too much and it goes in the bin; too little and regulars are turned away. Both are invisible without daily sales history.
Orderly gives you sales history by item, day and hour so tomorrow's bake is based on evidence, puts a shilling figure on what gets thrown away, costs recipes down to flour and packaging, and takes cake pre-orders online with dates and deposits recorded properly.
